Puppy Questionnaire
If you would like to be put on our wait list for a Shooting Star Puppy, please fill out the form below. This Puppy Questionnaire is your starting point when you are serious about bringing home one of our puppies.
Applications in no way guarantee you a puppy.
All of Shooting Star Puppies are sold as pet/companions and do have a spay/neuter contract.
Filling out this form in detail helps us to make excellent match-making decisions, and make sure the right puppy is going to the right home. When we have a litter, we have x number of puppies and x number of families. Each family has a different energy; kids, no kids, etc. Or, one family might want a performance-type dog. Puppies are continually observed as their personalities grow. They will be temperament tested between 6-8 weeks of age and at that point we will decide which puppy is best matched to which family or individual.
